My stay at the hotel was a mix of wonderful views and disappointing sleep quality. The rooms were beautifully furnished with Venetian decor, offering stunning views but not living up to the online images. Despite a lovely setting, the night's rest was troubled, which was quite upsetting for a special occasion.

The rooms were king-sized, literally, with Murano glass chandeliers and Venetian furnishings, providing spectacular views. However, they didn't match the online pictures, and despite adjusting the temperature, I had one of the worst night's sleep in a long time.

The staff were quite accommodating, professional, and helpful, ensuring a plan for me to have breakfast in one of the lower reception rooms. They were courteous and kind, even though one staff member seemed preoccupied with a private conversation.

The location was quite lovely, situated on a hill overlooking the surrounding rural land, previously under the castle's rule. The surroundings were jaw-dropping, allowing for walks around the castle, garden area, and a visit to the fine dining Ristorante Sansovino.

Service was top-notch, making my stay truly special. However, the dining experience in the formal restaurant had its ups and downs. The location, perched on a hillside, was simply amazing, while the facilities offered added convenience and luxury.
